Refund Policy

1. Cancellations 

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact as soon as possible. 

- More than 24 hour notice. No cancellation fee 

- Less than 24 hour notice. A callout fee or deposit may be retained to cover time allocated. 

2. Deposits 

Some work may require a deposit to secure materials or appointment slots. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun. 

3. Call out and Emergency Work 

For emergency or short-notice callouts, the callout charge is non-refundable once an engineer has been dispatched. 

4. Refunds for Services 

Because Electrical work is a service, you may lose the right to cancel once work has started if you have agreed for us to begin. 

If work has not started and no materials have been purchased, a refund may be issued at our discretion. 

5.Fauts or Issues 

If you believe work has been carried out incorrectly, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. 

We will investigate and, if required, return to rectify any issues in line with out workmanship guarantee. 

6. Consumer Rights 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK consumer law.
